Congratulations to our very own Janine Tugonon!

Almost everyone here in our country were glued to the boob tube earlier this morning to watch the Miss Universe 2012 beauty pageant and to witness how great our candidate is in representing our country.

And yes, she never failed us. Congratulations to our very own Janine Tugonon for bagging the first runner-up title in the Miss Universe pageant, you really made it.  Filipinos all around the world are just so proud of you. You did a great job in showing the world how beautiful and intelligent Filipinas are. Even though you haven't bagged the coveted miss universe title this year, but still in our hearts you are our Miss Universe because you did an amazing job in representing our country. A lot of Filipinos including myself even thought that you would win the crown since you indeed gave your best shot and we have to commend you on the question and answer portion since you really answered it very well. That was such an intelligent response I must say.

Your "kababayans" are just so excited to welcome and congratulate you for this big achievement of yours.
